Dr. Tracy Perdew is originally from Vienna, Virginia, but has also lived in Massachusetts and New Mexico! She graduated from James Madison University in 2008 with a degree in communications and political science. She worked in the public relations field shortly before realizing veterinary medicine was her calling. She received her DVM degree from Virginia Tech in 2017, where she met her husband (also a veterinarian). Her professional interests include internal medicine, preventative care, abdominal ultrasound, and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, Dr. Perdew enjoys staying active, weight lifting, traveling, visiting different breweries and wineries, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her husband, her son and daughter Hudson and Hadley, sweet beagle mix Cooper, and goofy golden retriever, Silo.
